England is Waterland

A recent trip took in the Rainham Marshes, the Cambridgeshire Fens near Ely and the River Avon in Amesbury, Wiltshire. And everywhere I went I drove through torrential rain and encountered overflowing rivers and flooded fields. This must be one of  wettest Januarys ever.
